The main things to know
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice to move or cancel a clean. Rescheduling outside 24 hours is free of charge, and inside 24 hours the full fee applies.
- To end a recurring clean permanently, one week's notice lets us close things off properly.
- Pausing for a planned break is easy with two weeks notice.
- Payment is arranged directly with Newy Cleaning Co once your clean is booked.
- Add-ons are booked at least 4 days ahead so we can allow the time.
- If anything is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it at no charge.
Your full Terms and Conditions come through with your welcome pack for signing.
Your time is reserved for you as soon as you confirm.
