1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Newy Cleaning Co provides professional residential cleaning services. Services included are based on the package you select and will be performed by uniformed, insured employees using our own equipment and supplies.

2. PRICING & GST

All quoted prices include GST and are valid for 30 days from the quote date. Final invoice may vary based on actual property condition or access issues identified on the day.

3. PAYMENT

Full payment is required upon completion of service. Outstanding invoices must be paid on the day of cleaning. If an invoice remains unpaid without reason for more than 24 hours after service, fees will apply. Unpaid invoices will be handed to our debt collector, which incurs an additional $144 fee payable by the client.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 late cancellation fee. For permanent cancellation of a recurring service, please provide 1 week notice.

5. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

If you will be away for an extended period and wish to pause your scheduled cleans, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to avoid a fee.

6. LOCKOUTS & ACCESS

Please ensure your home is accessible on the day of service. If our team is unable to access your home or is turned away on arrival for any reason, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply and be invoiced on the day.

7. QUALITY GUARANTEE

We inspect our work before leaving and ask clients to review the property too. If something has been missed, please contact us within 24 hours so we can return and correct it at no charge. Refunds are not offered.

8. WORKMANSHIP & LIABILITY

Our team takes great care to protect your belongings. However, we are not responsible for damage to fragile items, valuables, or pre-existing property damage. Please secure valuables prior to service. Please also secure pets inside or outside the home โ€” we cannot be responsible for cleaning up after pets.

9. HEALTH & SAFETY

For WHS compliance, our technicians use only company-provided ladders and wear shoes inside the home. Access to the property must be safe and unobstructed. We reserve the right to refuse service where health or safety risks are identified.

10. EMPLOYEE HIRING

Newy Cleaning Co invests significantly in training our team. The client agrees to a $2,500 fee should the client hire any Newy Cleaning Co employee while they are employed by us, and will wait 1 year before employing them.

11. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Clients receive $20 off their next cleaning service for each new customer they refer. The discount applies after the referred customer's first cleaning service is completed.
